It is rare for one of our Printed Books to be returned, but it has happened (twice in 10 years). Our philosophy is “if you cannot make money using our books, then you probably would be better off not being a small business owner.”
You don’t have to give us your reasons to get your money back. (We will ask; you don’t have to tell.)
Printed Books returned must comply to the following 3 conditions ...
- Try the book for one whole year. That’s right, you cannot return it before one whole year from the purchase date. Why? Because you might not see a need for the book’s information right away (doesn’t solve an immediate problem), but you will most probably find that the book solves a future problem. No matter what your small business is or does, sooner or later you will have a small business problem that the book can help you to solve. Essentially, you get to use the book for one whole year without financial risk! ... If you are not satisfied after one year ask for your money back.
- The book returned must be in good condition suitable for resale: No writing, no marks, no water damage, no folding, no burnt areas, no stains, no missing pages, and no other reason the book cannot be re-sold. Take good care of your books so that you never lose or damage valuable information. We reserve the right to determine if the book can or cannot be re-sold. If we determine the book cannot be re-sold, we will return the book to you (at our expense) with a statement giving our reasons why it is unsuitable for resale. Our determination is final.
- You must return the original invoice (or a copy) that was shipped with the Printed Book. Our accountants want the documentation for tax reasons.
eBook Sales
We are experimenting with eBook sales. That’s why only one is being offered at this time. eBooks have many advantages. They are in full colour. You can print all or part of the book on your printer. You can view the book on screen, and even search for keywords. You can read the eBook remotely from a cell phone without taking the book with you. There is one hitch ...
eBOOKS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
ALL eBook sales are final sales -- No Exceptions. You cannot get your money back, because there is no way for us to verify that you no longer have access to your eBook.
NOTE: All of our books are protected by copyright law. This includes eBooks. You do not have the author’s permission to ‘sell’ or ‘give’ our eBooks to others. We do have a way to track unauthorized copies of our books. We will take appropriate legal action when copyright infringement occurs.
